Do you have flexible delivery? It’s unclear whether this is a new feature being launched or whether it’s part of testing. I did not find any official documents.
This is what I can tell you…
What is it
When you create a new instant form, you may see a new option in the Form Type section for “Flexible Form Delivery”.
The following is the definition of meta:
Allows the meta to adjust or delete formal elements based on what people are most likely to respond to.
optimization
When on, META can set personalization settings for each lead’s form using the following possible optimizations:
- Delete background image
- Skip greetings
- Put the greetings behind the “See More” preview
- Show greetings elsewhere
- Change the sort of problem
- Move optional questions to the end of the question section
- Skip optional questions
- Reorder the answers to optional questions
When you do this, by default it sets Optimization to Optimization and you can make these adjustments to your table by individuals.
For clarification, you can provide optional background images and greetings for your form.
You can also mark form questions as optional.
Manual
When set to Manual, you can select individual elements that can be tailored to each person.
I currently have four options that can be turned on or off:
- Can delete background images
- Greetings can be skipped or displayed elsewhere
- Questions and contact information can be reordered
- Optional questions can be skipped or displayed at the end of the table
Should you use it?
This is another way to leverage meta automation to make adjustments quickly and get better results. I won’t expect a miracle, but it’s definitely worth a try.
