When viewing Advantage+ Creative enhancements, you may see new options to enhance your CTAs.

Meta is described like this:

We’ll pair key phrases with CTAs in your story overlay to share information about your product and encourage action.

There is an option to customize this enhancement, although it seems buggy to me. When you click “Customize” I see the following…

Enhance your call to action

It will give you the option to “Use AI to identify promotional phrases”. Under that option, I see a message stating that Meta doesn’t recognize the phrase in my text option. I even loaded the promotional phrases but found nothing.

My guess is that if Meta’s AI could recognize promotional phrases, it would list them here. Since this is how you customize this enhancement, you can remove enhancements you don’t like.

How these enhancements work

This only works for story placements, which will generate a CTA overlay for you. As with all Advantage+ Creative enhancements, enhanced CTAs will only be applied in certain situations where Meta believes they will improve performance.

Of course, if you don’t want it, you need to proactively turn it off.
