Trusted email settings protect your account

Trusted email settings are a great way to protect your business. Let’s discuss where to find it and how it works.

In your business portfolio, go to Security Center.
There are a few things you should be aware of when it comes to the security of your account. However, today we will focus on trusted email settings.
Meta is described like this:
People with email domains you trust (such as your business email domain) can be added directly to your business portfolio. Anyone without a trusted domain will need approval from another administrator for access.
In other words, people won’t be added without approval unless their email domain matches these settings.
After clicking Open, Meta displays the following:
Once you turn on trusted email domains, anyone added to your account who is not in your trusted domains list will require a second admin approval.
Click Open again and you can add a trusted email domain. Only use business domains, not public email domains like Gmail and Yahoo.
You may have a final step where you need someone else to approve the request before it takes effect. Once approved, you will see the domain listed as Active.
You can add more domains or turn them off at any time.
