Text variations of tailored characters

Now you can use AI to customize text variations to your character. This is how it works…
What’s this?
When you create a new ad, you will see some AI-generated text suggestions. The new feature is the choice of “tailored roles”.
So, what is this? In Meta’s documentation on text generation, it explains:
You can choose to use roles to generate main text and title changes in order to generate changes in a more consistent way with your conversation with your clients. Generate roles using information from your account and ads.
These AI-generated text changes are tailored to your advertising and business.
example
This is what it looks like…
Here are some examples of characters I’ve seen:
- Tired advertisers
- Experienced advertisers seek updates
- Busy digital marketers
If you don’t like the characters or AI-generated text, click Generate New Variants.
This is not targeted
This is an important point as described in the fine print:
Roles are not targeted for categories and will not appear in your ads. Ad delivery is based on your audience settings.
This is not for targeting. If Meta thinks someone is more likely to respond to it, your ad may reach the right role. But your audience is controlled by the targeting settings.
Consider this approach, and it is easy to generate different angles using your replica. Know that you can edit text before accepting.
There is also a way to influence the tone of AI that generates text. I’ll cover it in the next video.
