Why can’t I create a carousel with a Spotify link?
This may be a super niche question, but I know I’m not the only one. Let me explain…
What I want to do
I’m looking for a way to promote a podcast recently, so I decided to use a carousel. I’ll create a different carousel to create 10 different episodes. Each card will then be linked to the corresponding plot in Spotify.
I’m excited about it. question? It won’t work.
mistake
I have an error:
Invalid rotary rotation link: At least one provided link does not qualify for a carousel.
I checked and rechecked, it’s OK. If I use a single image ad with a Spotify link, it works fine. But for some reason, carousels are a problem.
Apple Podcasts work fine!
For its value, I don’t have any errors when sending people to Apple Podcasts. That’s what I’m doing.
This seems super weird, I think it’s a mistake that is not intentional. For those who want to promote podcasts or music, keep this in mind.
