Delivery by Email – Jon Loomer Digital

There is a new feature that allows you to send leads directly from instant forms to your or team members’ email inbox.
This is how it works…
Where to find it
When creating a lead ad, you may see the section “Lead Delivery” under the instant form list to “automatically deliver leads from ads.”
There are two options:
The option to provide clues with CRM integration is nothing new. Actually, I hope you have used it. But now there is an email.
Set it
When you click Settings, you need to define who receives leads, when sent, and through what format.
1. who: Select the email address where new leads should be received. These will require access to the account. You can’t type them manually, you can only select them (I can’t be sure which level of access level you need to choose).
2. when: Choose the day and time you want to send the driving leads to these people. You can choose a few days, but only once.
3. type: Select the XLS file type from any CSV.
Who is this?
Who should use it and when should it be used? For your typical subscription situation, I won’t use email lead delivery. In this case, CRM integration makes the most sense.
However, if you want to go to a specific person at a specific time, this may be a good choice. This feature is available if your team members will contact these new prospects in person instead of having an automated email sequence.
There are a lot of leading ad updates lately, and this is one of them. Are you using this?
